a space to begin again, heal and grow

Kora (कोरा) means blank or untouched, like a page waiting for a story. It reflects my belief that healing means integrating the past, slowly making space for new understanding, and reclaiming the possibility of writing a new story. Our experiences, both difficult and formative, become part of who we are, but they do not have to control what comes next. Kora is meant to be a space where new understanding can emerge, old patterns can be explored, and meaningful change can begin.

“When we study trauma, we see what a double-edged sword relationships are; trauma stems from them, recovery depends on them. The most harrowing trauma happens in close relationships, but recovery can not happen in isolation.
Relationships are both poison and antidote.
